The style authorities have various approaches to the citation of electronic sources and, in general, there is little agreement among them.
For the purpose of student papers, to provide proper citation of resources obtained from databases mounted on the University of Alberta Library server, it is recommended that an availability statement be added.
To provide full citation of illustrations, include a note at the bottom of the reprinted work (or in the caption) giving credit to the original author and to the copyright holder.

Developed jointly by Nanjing University and HKUST, CSSCI is the first citation index to articles in core Chinese language periodicals in the humanities and social sciences.
It indexes over 3.5 million records of books, periodicals, audio-visual and other materials on the subject of agriculture and related topics including animal science, entomology, food science, forestry, human nutrition, natural resources, plant diseases, insect pests and their control, rural sociology, and veterinary medicine.
It provides citations and abstracts of market and business research including consumer and industrial studies and surveys, and published reports on general management and business topics.

Produced by the Australian Council for Educational Research, AEI is an index to materials at all levels of education and related fields, including educational research, policy administration, teacher education, curriculum, educational psychology and library and information science.
Indexes more than 1,000 periodicals published worldwide on archeology, city planning, interior design, and historic preservation, as well as architecture from 1977 to date.
indexes the journal and technical literature in the field of education and corresponds to the printed Resources in Education and Current Index to Journals in Education.
