I think, from what I read, clairsentience is more along the lines of knowing when something good or bad is going to happen, when an emapth is something who can feel the feelings of someone else like they are their own.
Clairsentient's can, again from what I read, predict future things with the simple feelings of being upset or happy, whereas empath's, I read, can only get suchs feelings from other people around.
If you feel that you are Clairsentience then just concentrate on that for the time being, then when you start to learn more about this and are confident about this then you can move on.

LOS Bouncing Clairsentience - HERO GAMES Discussion Boards
I thought the best way to define this would be with Clairsentience with a LOS advantage, so she could place an ob point at a corner within view, say, and look around it.
I'd like her to be able to do that continuously, though, so that from that ob point she could spot a new point and then observe from there.
As to your question, my understanding is that officially Clairsentience can not be used to establish line of sight, so bounces after the first wouldn't work.

Clairsentience is another type of extrasensory perception in that clairsentient people can sense past, present, or future events through "sensing" them, though non-clairsentient people cannot perceive them.

 Another Transmission from The Re
A Clairsentient Person is able to penetrate the Veil and gather vast amounts of information into his (or her) sense receptacles--juggling tones, like orbs---examining first this one, and then that one.
For this reason, most Clairsentients eventually shut down until such time as they are ready to lay aside their human persona and begin functioning from a more Reconnected Format.
Clairsentience is an outworking of an ancient spiritual adage: "Love your neighbor as yourself." In days past, this powerful concept has been down-stepped somewhat, by shifting the interpretation to "in the same way you want to be loved, that is how you should love your neighbor." It's a nice idea, but it falls short.

Actually, I think if you wanted to consider it a subtype of anything, I'd say clairsentience, which lets you see in the dark without emitting some kind of wierd radiation or energy, and doesn't have strange limits on how far you can see.
I don't know how much the limitation "Can't see enclosed things" (like letters in envelopes) might be worth in conjunction with the zero range, but it and "Can only see in front of you" are two more differences from zero-range, second nature Clairvoyance that might help bring the costs more in line.

Reading is the ability to interpret messages (from whatever source) for a client and help them to gain an insight into what has happened in the past, what is happening in the present and what may happen in the future as a result of those influences.
Some readers will use clairvoyance, some Tarot (or similar), some clairsentience or clairaudience etc. Which method is used is not important.
The important part is being able to correctly interpret that message as to how it relates to the client or querent.

There are four main types of psychic ability - clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience (all forms of ESP) and spiritual mediumship.
It is possible to develop your own psychic abilities to a point where they may prove useful to you but it is not something that is going to happen overnight.
