Clea DuVall was born on September 25, 1977 in Los Angeles, California.
As a teenager, Clea dropped out of high school and got her own apartment and a job, because her parents were in the middle of a nasty divorce and she couldn't handle the pressure.
When Clea's mother got remarried, Clea was still a minor and moved out to live in her own apartment because of how unhappy she was with the currently family situration.

Clea Helen D'Etienne DuVall (born September 25, 1977 in Los Angeles, California) is an American movie and television actress known for playing characters outside the mainstream.
Though a rather shy person, DuVall decided she wanted to be an actress, and returned to high school, this time the Los Angeles County High School of the Arts, while working to support herself.
In 2004, DuVall turned in a standout performance in the three-hour television remake/prequel movie Helter Skelter as former Charles Manson "Family" member Linda Kasabian, who became the Star Witness for the Prosecution in the infamous 1969 Hollywood, California Tate-LaBianca murder trial.
