Clementi is a town in Singapore, located in the west between Jurong and Dover, and commonly refers to the Housing and Development Board 's housing estate of Clementi New Town.
Clementi's arterial road, Clementi Road, runs for some 5 kilometre s, from the vicinity around Bukit Timah, at Jalan Anak Bukit, to the West Coast Highway, but the geographical entity of Clementi is generally regarded as the area dominated by HDB apartment block s around Commonwealth Avenue West and the Clementi MRT Station.
The primary residential district in Clementi is Clementi New Town and forms a large bulk of its residents and identity.

After acrossing the railway bridge over the Pandan River, there is a small Chinese temple next to the path near to housing flat block 305 of Clementi Avenue 4.
From here, you can see the housing estate of Clementi New Town, the river as well as people doing exercises, recreational activities etc along the river below you.
There is a nice signboard along the railway track which is worth taking a photo, giving directions to the railway stations in Singapore.
