		My township condones an assessment practice of providing 1 percent per year depreciation for new high six-figure homes 20 years or younger.
		This practice places the property tax and school funding burden directly on many senior citizens—a typical added expense of $200 per year through the remainder of the State Tax Manual allowed 55 years of depreciation.
		A Michigan Tax Tribunal ruling may address this constitutional "equal protection," for this taxpayer, but uniform State Tax Manual application and tax jurisdiction systemic "clean hands" original assessment problems are seldom addressed by Lansing legislators, tribunals, and commissions.

	Trinity Lutheran Church in Arcadia, Michigan
		When Henry Starke left his pastor Rev. Henry F. Sprengler in Milwaukee, he declared “I will not establish a new home for myself and remain there without a church.” Well, he established a new home and did much to establish Arcadia too and the church we still see today.
		The Frankfort mission was discontinued for a lack of a building in which to conduct services, but the Onekama mission prospered to such an extent that in ten years they were self-sufficient and called their own pastor.
		Beginning at the end of 1901 this congregation worked in Cleon Township and there founded the second daughter congregation.

	DEQ - Supervisor of Wells Issues Administrative Order to SABA Energy of Texas, Inc.
		The Determination and Order was issued as the result of an Administrative Hearing held on June 9.
		During the hearing, Department of Environmental Quality staff demonstrated that Saba Energy failed to utilize the Abshire and State Cleon 4-29 Gas Well Site located in Cleon Township, Manistee County, for more than 12 consecutive months.
		The Determination and Order requires Saba Energy to properly plug and abandon the Abshire and State Cleon 4-29 by November 7, and to properly restore the State Charlton 2-6A and Leacock Hubbard Underwood Knapp Unit 2 21 Gas Well Sites by October 22.
