At the Clwyd ME Support Group we offer help and information for any sufferer who has ME / CFS or FMS and everyone involved in their care whether they are family, friends or health professionals.
Clwyd ME Support Group covers the counties of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and Conwy and was started by Barbara Turnbull who developed ME in 1988 and then started a crusade to get treatment for ME sufferers in North Wales.

For local government purposes, Clwyd was split in 1996 into the unitary authorities of Flintshire, Wrexham County Borough, Denbighshire, and parts of Conwy and Powys.
In 2003, the preserved county of Clwyd was changed to cover the remainder of Conwy (which had previously been part of Gwynedd).

Every week it welcomes over 200 people of all ages with special needs who benefit from the pleasure and stimulation of riding, carriage-driving and equestrian vaulting.
