 | | That Code is enforced by the Honor Court, which consists of a Magistrate, a Prosecutor, and thirteen Honor Court Justices and Alternate Justices. |
 | | Interested and qualified students not selected shall be included in a pool of alternate Honor Magistrates to be appointed by the President of the Student Bar Association in the event that the Honor Magistrate is not confirmed in the Spring elections, resigns, is disqualified from serving, or chooses not to serve in a particular case. |
 | | A student violates the Code if he or she intentionally or knowingly commits any act involving intimidation, coercion, dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation in connection with any proceeding relating to the investigation, prosecution or adjudication of any student's conduct alleged to be in violation of the Code. |
