		Cog was designed to inject generated code into existing files, rather than to handle the generation of complete files from scratch.
		You could use Cog to generate the bulk of the files, but you would have to know up front which files you were generating, write the scaffolding for each file, then use Cog in the file to generate the repetitive parts.
