We have done both several times and, belive me, for a first timer the Cog Railway is the way to go.
We absolutely enjoyed the cog train and it was nice being able to appreciate the scenery without worrying about driving off the road.

Marsh, a native of Campton, New Hampshire, had made his fortune in Chicago's meat-packing industry and was considered by his contemporaries to be a creative and innovative thinker.
