i delivered an order to my parents house, and it had to go second because of the times and that they were getting 2 pizzas for 9 bucks ;)...anyways, because of traffic and that it was a crappy double, their pizzas were 30 minutes old when i got there.
the champs checks will come back saying the pizza was promised at 40min and delivered at 30min and the customers still say it was cold when they got it.
We have nights when we are seriously understaffed..and the pizzas end up sitting in the store for as long as an hour or more before we even get BACK from the last 5 deliveries to get them out.
