Topic: Colleague

  Morning Star -- Colleague Principles
Colleagues are personally responsible for their training, time commitments, performance and participating in and contributing toward achieving the Mission and practicing the Principles.
When one colleague perceives that another colleague is not adhering to the Colleague Principles, or not acting in a manner conducive to achieving our Mission, that colleague shall privately discuss the matter with the other colleague as soon as practical and attempt to resolve any differences to their mutual satisfaction.
If either of the colleagues do not feel the matter has been resolved to their satisfaction, then both of them shall agree to discuss the matter, together, with one other colleague as soon as practical and attempt to resolve any differences to their mutual satisfaction with the help of the third colleague.

ColleagueOnline: colleague relationships   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-31)
The reason this task force was assembled is clear enough: the relationships between pastoral colleagues is often strained, unhealthy, even hostile, which not only takes a toll on the pastors, but also on the congregations they serve.
In a similar way, a less than mature pastor will be constantly and keenly aware of his or her own needs, will find it difficult to share the spotlight, will evaluate ministry on the basis of how it makes him or her feel, will yearn to be recognized and praised.
To properly evaluate a pastor's ministry-and particularly to evaluate his or her relationship with a pastoral colleague-we have to move on to the thirteenth chapter of First Corinthians.

Boston.com / News / Nation / FBI hires ex-colleague of anthrax probe figure
WASHINGTON -- The FBI has hired a former colleague of Steven J. Hatfill, who became a "person of interest" in the government's long-running investigation of several anthrax mailings in 2001.
Some specialists said the hiring of the former colleague, Glenn Cross, could create the appearance of a conflict of interest if the government tries to use Cross as a prosecution witness.
An FBI spokesman said the recent hiring of Cross as a full-time counterterrorism analyst based at FBI headquarters is "not related to the anthrax case" and would not prevent him from testifying before a grand jury or in a court proceeding.
