| | COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT |
 | | If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at Step 3 and concerns the administration or interpretation of this Agreement, the Union may submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration through the Federal Mediation Roster which shall act as the administrator of the proceedings. |
 | | During the term of this Agreement, neither the union nor its officers or agents, or members covered by this Agreement, will authorize, institute, engage, sponsor, or participate in any strike, concerted refusal to work, or any other concerted and intentional interruption of the functions of the University. |
 | | This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until midnight, June 30, 2004, and if neither party gives notice of a desire to modify, shall automatically renew and continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter until one party gives notice of a desire to modify. |
