Ons is gemeld dat ten aanzien van het ontvangen van geschenken de gehele onderzoeksperiode de ongeschreven regel zou gelden dat, indien een geschenk gegeven wordt in het kader van de ambtsuitoefening, het geschenk toebehoort aan de gemeente en aldaar wordt tentoongesteld of opgeslagen.
Ten aanzien van het gebruik van alcohol is ons gemeld dat voor mei 1991 de richtlijn heeft gegolden dat alcohol alleen op bestelling door een lid van het college (in beperkte mate) en na kantoortijd ter beschikking kon worden gesteld.
