Colm Feore - Biography - Moviefone
Feore began adding film and TV to his acting experience in the late '80s with such movies as Iron Eagle II (1988) and Bethune: The Making of a Hero (1989), starring Donald Sutherland.
Feore's non-stage career expanded further in the latter half of the 1990s and into the 2000s with numerous roles in a wide range of projects.
Whatever artistic credibility Feore may have sacrificed to star opposite Shannen Doherty in the thriller Striking Poses (1998) and play Meg Ryan's fiancé in City of Angels (1998) was mitigated by his appearance in François Girard's The Red Violin (1998).

 Colm Feore
Feore is a fine actor from Canada, whom I believe will one day (soon) be recognized as one of the finest actors in film today...he is obtaining more main roles (rather than supporting roles), and I look forward to his work to come.
There are many other good films Feore has been in...Truman, Glenn Gould, Forget Me Never, The Insider, Night Falls on Manhattan, The Caveman's Valentine, etc. His eclectic appearances, whether in fictional or non-fictional roles, are captivating, realistic, and intelligently acted.
Again, Feore is now beginning to be seen in more American-made films, and I believe it is only a matter of time before the public at large begins to recognize him for the exceptional actor he is.

 IGN: Interview: Colm Feore
June 11, 2004 - Colm Feore, one of the stars of the upcoming sci-fi epic The Chronicles of Riddick, desperately wants people to support the position of Lord Marshal, his character in the film, and the philosophies of his people, who are called Necromongers.
In truth, Feore is only explaining the process by which he found a sympathetic throughline for his character, the most fearsome of Riddick's cinematic adversaries, and how he came to comprehend the snake oil the Necromongers were peddling in their galaxy-wide consumption of planets and their inhabitants.
Feore even acknowledges a certain sad truth about the roles he's consistently been required to play, including his turns in such big-budget fare as Pearl Harbor and last winter's Paycheck.

Feore less so -- and he certainly keeps busy, shuttling between big Hollywood films and Canadian mini-series about prime ministers.
Gross is not as visible these days, though he also seems to keep his daytimer reasonably stuffed with TV guest shots and appearances on The Outer Limits, the show that trots out so many recognizable faces from yesteryear that it's become the sci-fi version of The Love Boat.
But the sad thing about the fact that Gross and Feore have now inadvertently collided is that...well, there's no way we can possibly see more of both of them now.
