Records are created in the audit log by subsystems that have been instrumented to do that.
Each record is derived from a template that defines what subsystem-specific fields are present in the record and defines a format string that is used to generate a message describing the situation.
By default, the columns displayed are: date and time, name of the subsystem that generated the record, severity of the situation, and the subsystem-specific message that describes the situation.

 RTVDLTRCD Retrieve Deleted Records
When a record is deleted in a data base file, the data values still exist, but the system places a special hex value in front of the record specifying that it is deleted.
Each record is preceded by a single byte that determines whether it is a 'live' or 'deleted' record.
The relative record number field will be added at the end of all other fields in the format and is defined as packed with 13 digits and 0 decimals.
