Observed from my car whilst driving, yet flew within 10 metres of my vehicle and proceeded to fly along side for a further 15-20 seconds, more unusually its flight was slightly laboured, due to its carrying a kill in its talons (appeared to be a small bird).

Only CommonGreenshanks, Mongolian Plovers, Lesser Crested Tern, Great Crested tern, White-bellied Sea-eagle, Brahminy Kite and some commonerbirds could be found despite hours of searching.
We tried here for about an half our and despite the many CommonGreenshanks we went thru and thru we could not located a single aberrant Greenshank with feature's of (Spotted) Nordmann's Greenshank.
Because we saw the greenshank we paid our boatmen a bit more than was negotiated.
5 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, 46 Teal, 2 Pochard, 13 Tufted Duck, 13 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Common Tern, 1 Tawny Owl (on island in Overton Lake), 6+ Swallow, 2 Green Woodecker, 1 Kingfisher, many Willow Warblers, 3+ Reed Warbler and 1 Sedge Warbler.
Probably female as there was the signs of an old brood patch and a lot of new feather growth.
