 ANCLIC-ToDoList
As discussed at length elsewhere, we seek to use this National CommonLaw Court as a model for People everywhere to be able to set up their own Local CommonLaw Courts.
With regard to the following cases, the ideal CommonLaw Process would be for the regular or High Constible from a 10 or 100 household CommonLaw Jural Society to bring the case before the 10 or 100 person court for a first Judgement.
However, the vast majorities of American Counties do not have anything remotely resembeling CommonLaw Courts as efficinetly designed to secure proper Administration of Justice, let alont the townships or 10 or 100 household Courts as was the original model.

Welcome to the Rick Stanley Liberty Activism Website!
A "citizen of the United States" (that is a commonlaw Citizen in one of the several States), at the adoption of the Constitution for the united States of America, was considered "within" the jurisdiction of the United States.
In such cases the commonlaw remedy, principle or maxim is eliminated and, of course, the unalienable rights of the Citizen are also eliminated, in favor of martial rule.
This is again a reversal of the commonlaw maxim that one is innocent until proven guilty and contrary to the intent of the Fifth Article in Amendment, Constitution for the United States of America.

 Are You Blogging at Me?
Where do we draw the line at what "commonlaw" marriage is, what benefits (like health insurance, etc) commonlaw marriages are subject to (as opposed to legal marriages), with regards to restrictions on minors (like "age of consent")?
I may have the definition of commonlaw marriage mixed up, but I thought it had to do with living conditions (household occupants) more than a guy and a woman living together for a certain amount of time and *stating* that they are commonlaw married.
I think commonlaw is 5 years or more or something like that, but would that have made us commonlaw married in the eyes of the state, even though we never claimed we were such?

Was clarify it will not accept commonlaw marriages as binding unions.
Both Colorado and Louisiana, as well as a few other states do accept commonlaw marriages, which more or less states if the community see the couple living together as husband and wife, they have entitlement to estate receivership, not much else.
It's still best, even in a commonlaw marriage to have a will.

 The Common-Law Web Page
However, to the underlying point, what is the current process advocated by the leadership herein, is that all who bring cases before this Court, do so only after certifying to this Court that they have exhausted all efforts to secure CommonLaw Judicial Process within their own Locality.
It is herein recognized that there is an extreme lack of CommonLaw Courts and Jural Societies presently formed within the various Communities through-out modern America.
However, this should not be allowed to interfere with the firm message which this Court needs to be consistently sending out to the public of the extreme need to be getting on the ball and forming these smaller and more localized and/or specialized Jural Societies and Courts.

Settlement.Org Discussion Area - Local office commonlaw inland application
One thing that does come to mind would be my ex whom cheated and took my children away & we have been sepperate for 15 years & she even sent a letter to me stating so, as well as my up to date child support payments & court documents stating she had custody.
She did refuse to have them sponsored by my commonlaw & myself, thus refusing medicals & background checks, so I made it clear through letters, E-mails, the kitchen sink...
Would they not have told me right away if my commonlaw could not sponsor me or if something was wrong or incorrect with my application before or sometime soon after sending MY AOR letter, which both myself & commonlaw recieved, both papers were generic & said the same thing.

I would have to have a psychologist's evaluation, go through the courts, etc.
But by using a commonlaw form, I can bypass that, and simply keep my current male ID as is, with the rider I carry.
In short...I am living as a woman to the extent that the next steps I take start involving legal issues.
