The Commonwealth of Virginia and the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind (collectively, the Appellants) appeal the district court's denial of their renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law as to appellee Kathryn Reinhold's (Reinhold) claims of sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Reinhold was employed as a school psychologist at the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind (VSDB) in Hampton, Virginia, beginning on August 23, 1990.
In her position as school psychologist,Reinhold was part of a work unit that consisted of a group of multi-disciplinary professionals, referred to as the Treatment and Diagnostic Team (the Diagnostic Department or the Department), responsible for providing a variety of services to the students.

This is a project to catalog the various historical markers in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and beyond.
Many localities within Virginia maintain their own historic marker programs -- as discovered, these markers are included as well.
Virginia names their markers based (generally) on the road in which they were placed (A-series markers on US 11, W-series on US250, etc.) This system was established in the late 1920's and over time, there have been several exceptions to this very general rule.

November 4, 2005 - Virginia, along with Florida and Idaho, had the nation’s second-lowest unemployment rate in the nation in September, at 3.5 percent, according to the latest data from the U.S. Labor Department.
Governor Warner, who created Virginia Works in December 2004 as a new approach to rural economic development, made the announcement in the Town of Abingdon, the future location of one of two artisan centers to be created.
These centers will feature artisan studios and retail space, a cafeteria, conservatory, and a visitors’ center that will inform tourists about local and regional tourism attractions and activities.
