Dark Eldar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
They strike with little or no warning, using an interdimensional labyrinth known as the Webway to traverse the galaxy safely and far more quickly than most races are able to with their Warp jumps.
The mecha-like Wraithguard and Wraithlords of the Eldar are replaced with the Talos, a bizarre mechanical weapon which is half grav-tank and half floating torture device, powered by the suffering of the tortured creature bound into its "cockpit".

Commoragh ran ragged with tortured souls, those not yet turned evil, those evil in their own ways, and those already tainted beyond repair.
In the center of Commoragh they layed, ruling over such a vast area, that most Kabals hated it so much, they join with other powers to take it down.
This forming of alliances is what kept The Unheard Ghost pumping, as the larger Kabals would crush their “allies” during the battles against The Unheard Ghost.
