Communist Marxist Party is a political party in Kerala, south India.
The party was founded in 1986 when CPI(M) leader M.V. Raghavan was expelled from the CPI(M) due to a grave difference of opinion regarding the formation of alliances with communal parties.
In the 2005 municipal elections in Kollam, the CMP candidate R. Vijayachandran won in the Asramam North constituency (defeating local RSP leader M.S. Babu).

The Party was refounded as the Workers' Party of Vietnam (Đảng lao động Việt Nam) at the Second National Party Congress in Tuyen Quang in 1951.
Membership in the party doubled from 760,000 in 1966 to 1,553,500 in 1976, representing 3.1 percent of the total population of the country, and was close to two million by 1986.
At the Sixth National Party Congress, held in December 1986, Nguyen Van Linh was elected to be the General Secretary while a Politburo of fourteen members was elected and the Central Committee was expanded to 173 members.
