	Sun.Star Iloilo - 6 Concepcion cops sacked for maltreating man
		SENIOR Superintendent Efren Quintos, provincial director of the Iloilo Provincial Police Office (Ippo), relieved six personnel of the Concepcion Police Station for maltreating a man.
		Quintos said that John Mark Perez, 33, of Poblacion Concepcion, tagged the cops as the ones who maltreated him last October 20.
		According to reports, Perez was at the KTV Bar in his barangay when the policemen entered and ordered them to close the establishment.

		Iloilo city hall is probably the ugliest of them all but the city government is so reluctant to make a new one amidst all the bantering on each side.
		I guess what drives Iloilo is its being in close proximity to Boracay and because it also serves as the total educational center and financial center for all of Panay.
		Unlike in iloilo which is the only city in the province the concentration of buisness and investment is just concentrated there.
