Any amendment or certification of any condominium instrument shall, from the time of the recordation or filing of such amendment or certification, be deemed an integral part of the affected condominium instrument, so long as such amendment or certification was made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
Such plans shall state the name of the condominium and shall bear a verified statement of a registered architect or licensed professional engineer certifying that the plans are an accurate copy of portions of the plans filed with the building official appointed pursuant to section 29-260.
All insurance coverage obtained for the condominium under this section shall be written in the name of the association of unit owners, for the benefit of each of the unit owners and their mortgagees as their interests may appear in the percentages of their undivided interest in the common elements established in the condominium instruments.
