	Door-Master Corp. v. Yorketown
		Yorktowne and Conestoga argue that the jury’s finding that the CRP-10 door and end panel did not anticipate the ’718 patent is inconsistent with its finding that the Richland door infringed it.
		Based on its observations at trial, the district court concurred with Yorktowne’s assertions that it had made an investigation of the ’718 patent, even if that investigation ultimately proved to be insufficient.
		The district court correctly declined to enter judgment as a matter of law, thereby allowing the jury’s findings of validity and infringement to stand.
