The US Government claims that Kennedy’s neck/back wound was caused by the same bullet that caused five wounds in John Connally.
Wecht argued, in The Men Who Killed Kennedy, that Kennedy and Connally must have been hit with separate bullets because one bullet would have to change directions in mid-air to cause the stated wounds to both men.
