There are 4 main trails at the park, the longest of which is about 8 miles.
The park really is a great place to visit, anyone in the Troy/Albany area that hasn't been there should definitely check it out.
Although I explored it on my own, I recommend you bring a buddy along with you, as there are some steep cliffs there, which would be disastrous to fall in, espeially by yourself in such a secluded area.
