		The Park includes an early 18th century grist mill that is included in the National Register of Historic Places, and the National Trail passes within sight of this structure.

		The park really is a great place to visit, anyone in the Troy/Albany area that hasn't been there should definitely check it out.
		Although I explored it on my own, I recommend you bring a buddy along with you, as there are some steep cliffs there, which would be disastrous to fall in, espeially by yourself in such a secluded area.
