Paul Agiela, saying that the constituency had been directed by the National Secretariat of the party to use old ward chairmen, some of whom had lost their positions to new members, as delegates to vote in the primaries scheduled for Thursday April 29.
To satisfy this requirement, he said, the party required each polling station in the country to collate a photo album of all polling station executives, which was used in all the primaries conducted in the country including those conducted recently in the region.
He said there were even some contradictions with the list of names presented by the constituency secretary as delegates, adding, "it is an indication of the fact that the constituency executive were merely hand-picking their own representatives to suit their favourite Madam Khaldi".

Notice that two possibilities are ruled out: because we assume that the senators know the constituency preference, it is not possible for either senator to be constituency driven to vote against a position the constituency favors.
