 'Betty Blue'
Betty is a creature of pure will, given to flamboyant tantrums -- when she torches Zorg's bungalow with the aplomb of a maitre d' preparing a flambe', the couple escape to the city, where they crash with Betty's chum Lisa (Consuelo de Haviland) and Lisa's beau Eddy, a restaurateur (Ge'rard Darmon).

 Review: The Vanished Hands
I would have liked to see a little bit more closure at the conclusion of the novel and to have found out exactly what happened, but this is only a minor gripe in what is otherwise a great tale.
He introduces two Americans who may or may not have something to hide, and Consuelo Jiménez, who played a pivotal role in ‘The Blind Man of Seville’, also returns.
I hope there are more crimes for Falcón to investigate in the future.
