The Continental assembly (the two pieces joined) number is 633182, but it is almost impossible to find in the parts catalog.
Continental's cure was to modify the brass right-angle breather tube fitting (Part No. AN 842-10) that screws into the top right-hand corner of the engine and attaches to the hose leading to the breather tube.

Continental offered several diesel truck engines in the late 50's, according to my 1960 Motor's Manual.
Years ago Continental engines where everywhere, tractors, trucks, forklifts, cars so I've wondered if they where still around.
Your Waukasha engine was probably a "Hesselman" type that was low compression that used spark plugs to ignite the diesel fuel.
