Adaminaby Access Road - 25/11/1992 - PRIV During the past 20 years or so since the Adaminaby township was moved various undertakings have been given by governments, and local councils - including the Snowy River shire and the Cooma-Monaro shire at different times - to provide assistance to the residents of Adaminaby in having the road upgraded. The problem is that the township of Adaminaby is currently within the Snowy River shire, however, the main part of the road linking Adaminaby and Canberra is in the Cooma-Monaro shire.
