A drop in Corde Lisse is where you fall for a bit and then catch yourself with the rope.
The one I learned is the knee drop, which basically has the rope wrapped around your knees, but with lots of slack, and then you fall down the rope, making the rope tight around your knees with the rope catching you behind your knees.
