Corey Locke of the Ottawa 67's was named as the winner of the Bauer Nike Canadian Hockey League Player of the Year Award.
Locke, who was selected to the OHL's First All-star Team, was also selected as the winner of the Red Tilson Memorial Award as the OHL's Most Outstanding Player in the 2002-03 season.

Locke will have to center one of the top 2 lines and I just cant see him pass Koivu, Plekanec or Ribeiro in the depth chart one day.
All in all, Locke was a steal in the 4th round.

Locke has put up 92 goals over the last season and half, as he was one of the highest scoring players in the OHL over the last ten years.
Locke has proven that he can score almost at will in the OHL, as he has recorded 268 points during the last two regular seasons, but a strong playoff drive should all but force management to sign him over the summer, instead of letting him return to the OHL for a final season.
Locke has proven he can rack up the points in juniors, the next test for him will be in the American league, as the players get bigger, stronger and faster.

The Ontario Hockey League today announced that Corey Locke of the Ottawa 67's is the Red Tilson Trophy winner as the OHL's Most Outstanding Player as selected by the media for the 2003-04 season.
Locke, who also won the Red Tilson Trophy and was named Canadian Hockey League Player of the Year in 2002-03, led the OHL scoring race for the second straight season with 51 goals and 67 assists for 118 points in 65 games.
Locke is the Ontario Hockey League nominee for the CHL Player of the Year award at the Canadian Hockey League awards next month in Kelowna, BC.
