Schafer Research Details Fourth, we have employed cell culture techniques with the A6 cell line and primary cultures of rabbit cortical collecting duct cells in an attempt to determine the regulatory mechanism which appears to prevent an effect of vasopressin on Na+ transport in the native rabbit cortical collecting duct.
