HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Game Commission Executive Director Vern Ross today clarified who may apply for county-specific "Private Land Only" antlerless deer licenses.
"All Pennsylvania resident and nonresident hunting license holders may apply for one county-specific regular antlerless license and one ‘Private Land Only’ antlerless license in counties where they are available," Ross said.
Ross also today announced that hunters will be able to use county-specific "Private Land Only" antlerless deer tags in the Kinzua Quality Deer Cooperative Management Area in McKean County, and on a portion of the Tioga State Forest in Tioga and Lycoming counties.
