This locomotive is owned by Cotswold Rail but hired to One Railway.
Cotswold Rail is a spot-hire company of shunting and mainline locomotives, based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

The Cotswold Way National Trail is a walk from the market town of Chipping Campden along the Cotswolds escarpment to the regency city of Bath - a world heritage site.

The East Somerset Railway and Cotswold Rail have reached an agreement which will see the latter's Class 47 locomotive number 47365 move from Cotswold Rail's headquarters at Moreton-in-Marsh to the ESR's Cranmore Locomotive Depot.
If successful, the agreement might be extended to include further Cotswold Rail locomotives and rolling stock.
As part of the agreement, the locomotive will star in the East Somerset Railway's Diesel Gala over the weekend of the 17th and 18th of April, and will also be available for ESR use when not on hire.

Among the remaining eleven Class 33s still cleared for runing on Network Rail, only four are named.
The other named sub class mate is 33 207 "Jim Martin", currently easily distinguished from the other Network Rail Class 33 namers by being painted in West Coast Railway Company maroon rather than Fragonset Merlin.
However, this shot does emphasise the near 68 feet length of the "Peak" and show off some other Cotswold Rail owned assets on Horton Road Depot.
