Count von Count, often known as simply "The Count" is one of the muppet characters on Sesame Street.
The Count's main purpose is educating children on simple mathematics concepts, most notably counting.
Unlike some of the other muppets on Sesame Street, the Count is a rather flat character[?] and does not have many sides to his personality other than the counting gimmick.

The Swedish Count von Essen was appointed the first viceroy of Norway, and was succeeded two years afterwards by his countryman Count von Morner, over both of whom Count Wedel exercised considerable influence.
