		Dutch band Valkyre were the most interesting band of the evening and possibly the entire weekend.
		To these ears, their massive, full-on choral music, heavily influenced by Carl Orff is just a little too over the top.
		This was a very different set to that played at Bloodstock (review) in the UK six weeks earlier, and though their cover of Europe's "The Final Countdown" seemed a little cheesy to these ears, this was balanced by the delicious ballad "Touch," which provided the most touching moment of the entire festival.

		For more on 'The Final Countdown', I'd highly recommend this Dutch rockumentary, telling the story of the track, from Joey Tempest's parent's house in Stockholm to their dismay at the arrival of the grunge scene.
		It looked like a happy ending, what with playing a reunion show for the millenium or whatever, but then it has the guy playing it all somber on piano.

		Europe are some girly looking rockers, and i'm pretty sure the lead singer is wearing pink lipstick in the video, which incidentally is a mock concert video.

		As you may know, we just returned from a tour of Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, Australia, and Hawaii, and needless to say it was one of the most enjoyable tours we have ever done.
		Not only were the shows incredible but we had so much fun together we are now inspired to start working on some new music.
		Though it's not on the website I just saw a commercial for it where it showed her from the "South Side" video on MTV saying she'll be appearing the week of 11.20: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri @ 10 PM (ET/PT), 9 PM (CT) for the countdown from song 100 to 41.

		The bad thing is that the CD has bad sound quality, and in some songs, when the whole tribe sings, the music drowns out the voices.
		The music is by the Brazilian psych band "Diversos", and they do a very job with the music, ecspecialy with the awesome organ work.
		The music has a 1990s rock sound, nearing a hard rock sound in some songs- Hair, Dead End etc. "Dead End" has a hard rock sound, but with horns that sound like the ones off the 1995 Swedish album.
