		the problem is that it wont work for every triangle, it misses some counter clockwised triangles and they are being culled off when they dont have to be...

		If on the other hand you know the normal of a triangle you can determine wether the vertices are clockwise or counter-clockwise by using the cross product.

		Indeed, the term cyclonic not only means that the fluid (air or water) rotates in the same direction as the underlying Earth, but also that the rotation of the fluid is due to the rotation of the Earth.

		Wilson's book goes from Piston #1 to #4, then #3, then #2 - which indicates to me that the crankshaft is being rotated clockwise (the book doesn't say - or I missed it).
		This is the techinque I used, and all went well.
		I was able to easily rotate the crankshaft counter-clockwise with a ratchet on the fan hub bolt, and used this method to set all the valves, but I had difficulty when trying to go clockwise.
