Nebula-class Star Destroyer - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki
Following the New Class practice of using the same hull for multiple configurations, the Nebula-class Star Destroyers shared their basic spaceframe design with the Endurance-class fleet carriers.
Nebula-class Star Destroyers were equipped with a Class 1 hyperdrive, and they carried 1,600 troops and enough consumables for five to six months, depending on configuration.
These naming conventions would imply that this Star Destroyer could be called "Obi-Wan-class"; but many warship classes (especially in the British Royal Navy, which operates a duel-naming system) are named not for a lead ship, but with a common noun that unites the names of the ships, at least in the initial batch.

Some years after the last war, the British Admiralty laid down that, in future, there would only be two classes of cruiser, the “battle cruiser” and the “cruiser.” Then came the Washington Treaty, which limited the size of cruisers to 10,000 tons, and their armament to 8-inch guns.
All these cruisers are similar in appearance, being easily recognisable by their three raking funnels, raking masts and high freeboard (they were the last three funnelled ships built for the Royal Navy), but they differ outwardly in various ways.
They are cruisers that have come in for a great deal of criticism in the past, epithets such as “tin-clads” and “liners” being coined by their detractors.

The York class was a class of heavy cruiser built for the Royal Navy in the late 1920s under the terms of the Washington Naval Treaty of 1922.
The class consisted of two ships (HMS York and Exeter), although three more were at one stage planned before the 8-inch cruiser fell out of favour with the Royal Navy.
The Royal Navy had a need for smaller cruisers than the County class, the largest design possible under the Washington limits, in order that more could be built under the strict defence economies of post-war, depression-era Britain.

It was time to remind ourselves that although V-twin cruisers in the 700cc-900cc range live in the shadow of the over-1200cc machines, the biggest difference is in perception and price.
Having genuine steel parts apparently isn't as important an issue in this class as it is with the big twins, so all the bikes, except the 883, VN750 and Intruder (which have long since amortized the tooling for their components), have plastic fenders.
However, as cruisers surged in popularity again in the 1990s, a new middleweight was obviously needed.
