		The Guide is published by the Delaware County Services for the Aging (COSA) and the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Committee for Seniors and Their Families in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
		The effective date of the requirement was set six months in the future in order to afford lawyers who do not have insurance an opportunity to acquire coverage.
		Reproductions of murals that trace County history from 1643 to the present day are being offered for sale through the law library site.
