		Court was wherever the Queen happened to be and was made up of all those who surrounded the Queen from servants to the courtiers themselves.

		Honor (or honour) is the concept of a direct relation between one's virtues (or "values") and their status within society.
		Honour is often seen as a relativistic concept, as conflicts between individuals and even cultures may arise as a consequence of material circumstance and ambition, rather than due to fundamental differences in principle.

	Queensland Courts - Role of the Courts (District Court)
		The District Court handles indictable criminal offences (those that require a jury to determine guilt or innocence), such as break and enter and assault.
		Among the court personnel are: a judge's associate (who performs administrative tasks in the court especially for the judge); the bailiff (who is responsible for administering oaths to jurors and witnesses, announcing the beginning and end of court sessions etc.); and the court reporters (who are responsible for a verbatim transcript of the proceedings).
		However, the judge can restrict public access to the court and media reporting of certain details of the trial (for example when children are involved).

	The World Courts of Women
		A number of courts have been held around the world in the last decade, each usually focusing on a specific group of women or type of women abuse.
		A court was held in Japan in 1994, and it focussed on 'Trafficking in Asian Women' (see more about trafficking in my previous article, entitled "Slavery)".

	Seravo and Electoral Commission v John Giheno [1998] PGSC 2; SC555 (21 January 1998)
		This application was initially brought before the Deputy Chief Justice as a single judge of the Supreme Court. His Honour ruled that there is no power in a single judge of the Supreme Court to hear the application (see Unreported Judgement of Kapi DCJ dated 15th January 1998, SC539).

	Scoop: Cenotaph receives well deserved restoration
		The Cenotaph and Court of Honour that take pride of place in front of the Auckland War Memorial Museum at the Auckland Domain, have been restored to pristine condition.

	1st Rivertrail Scout Group
		The Patrol Leader is expected to represent the Scouts on the Court of Honour, the ‘committee’ through which the Patrol Leaders, with the guidance of the Troop Scouter, run the Troop.
