		it seems like an organization like the covenant wouldnt go randomly telling their agents to marry people if there wasnt some sort of significant thing they were trying to accomplish by doing that.
		Maybe Sydney already knew that Lauren was Covenant (strait after her fight with Allison Doren, then assumed the alias of Julia Thorne) which is why she didn't contact Vaughn in the first place to maintain her cover.
