Rodney Leighton sent me a xerox of this booklet, taking some trouble to copy on both sides of the page and saddle-staple it.
I think I had made some remark in a letter to a Canadian fanzine that Kilodney's books sounded interesting but that I hadn't ordered any because this one, which sounded the most extreme, was said to be out of print.
