One of the featured actors in the show is former Richey Suncoast Theatre actor Jim Kelly, who plays Frank Hubert, a composite of several contemporaries of James Earl "Doc" Webb, founder of the famous Webb's City.
Kelly's big number is Sacred City Fathers, a spoof of the rich and powerful of Webb's era, which started in 1925 in a tiny drug store and lasted for more than half a century.
It was Kelly's stint on Safe Harbor that eventually led to his role in Webb's City.

The irony is that the swing role, the role with the most work (the actor needs to be prepared to play any role in any show) and the least reward (the actor may never get to go on) requires the best actor with the broadest range.
I was OK with Craig as Jesus because I thought he was everyone else's first choice.
