 | | Creative Work Fund artists may choose to work with any kind of nonprofit organization and the new grants feature partnerships with a science institute, an historic site, a cultural history center, a youth development agency, and a merchants’ association as well as an array of arts and media organizations. |
 | | The Creative Work Fund was created by four family foundations in San Francisco as a means of honoring artistic excellence, contributing to the creation of new art works by local artists, and recognizing artists’ skills at problem solving and collaboration. |
 | | Through these interconnected works, the artists and organization seek to reflect the culture, experiences, viewpoints, and creative vision of the young people who participate in the project and the Center. |
