  CREATOLOGY
The term "Creatology" was suggested for the first time by Hungarian Istvan Magyari - Beck at the Conference on Creativity Research hosted by the Center for Studies in Creativity in August 1990.
So, the emerging discipline - creatology - recognizing that creative thinking can be understood, nurtured, improved by the use of tools and controlled and making a lot of necessary efforts in these directions may be considered as the greatest but most overdue paradigm shift and revolution of the present century.
Creatology needs to educate and train people how to think and act creatively in order to govern development process to construct society which progressively become more humane and efficient.

The author presented a critique of the 1990 Creativity Conference in Buffalo (New York, USA) and its focus on the need for further cross-disciplinary study.
As he described various matrices introduced at a follow-up conference in 1991, the author concluded that the Creatology Matrix was called for because all Creativity scholars are not psychologists, and may remain so.
