		Radiohead was one of the few alternative bands of the early '90s to draw heavily from the grandiose arena rock that characterized U2's early albums.
		During the first half of 1996, Radiohead continued to tour before re-entering the studio that fall to record their third album, OK Computer, which was released in the summer of 1997.
		Expectations for Radiohead's fourth album were stratospheric, which placed additional pressure on the already perfectionist band, and led to several stumbling blocks along the way.

		The song that nearly broke the band apart, Creep was released twice as a single in the UK and was a pretty major hit, but not as much as in America, where Radiohead were known for "that Creep song".
		They wrote My Iron Lung purposely about their hatred of the song, but it was not until the recent hit of Paranoid Android that the band start to see some mass recognition of other songs.

		the first time i heard radiohead when i was younger i was scared of them but when i heard creep when i was older it just amazed me. i thought he wrote the song about me because thats my day to day thinking.
		Personally, I feel Creep is definetly not one of their greatest hits, but it at least got the attention this band deserves.
		They played creep once in the whole year of 2001 and it was in Oxford (where it all started) and it is better this way.
