EDMONTON (CP) - The Correctional Service of Canada has taken the "extraordinary measure" of asking the parole board to decide whether a former Alberta doctor convicted of manslaughter in the death of a colleague should be kept in prison past his statutory release date.
The Correctional service can only ask the National Parole Board to hold such a review if it believes an inmate is likely to commit another serious crime before the end of his or her full sentence.
The two doctors were on the opposite sides of a bitter lawsuit over hospital privileges.

The Crime Doctor (Dr. Matthew Thorne, by name) was cool enough to reappear a month later in the August 1943 issue of Batman (#18, "The Crime Surgeon").
This version was a fairly innocent physician, forced into crime by his brother, Mob Boss Rupert Thorne (a character who had originally appeared in Batman comic books in the later '70s).
I think the next time the Crime Doctor appeared was in May 2004, when (as discussed by the eminent H at Comic Treadmill) he was brought to justice by Dr. Mid-Nite, for whom he would be a perfect arch enemy.

Since you use "Rx" in your favicon, and since your company is "Crime Doctor," if I were to do something, the obvious thing would be to pull the tail of the final R down and cross it, as in the prescription symbol.
On the other hand, all caps is not a great choice to begin with, so that may not be the best idea, and it may be that it is too obvious.
