		Available property on this lake is rare, usually being an estate sale, as this is. This was my mother’s home, and the only reason we are selling it is we have adjoining land next to it, which we plan to build on in the future.
		Lake activities are excellent on this winding lake, because you can always find a calm area to ski or fish in, or a windy area to sail in.
