		I've only heard "crooning" used in a negative way- suggesting if you're "crooning", you're doing a sort of end-of-pier variety show turn, a bit cheesy, a bit naff.
		It's great, not electrifyingly soulful, but the way he interprets songs in genius, the scanning and phrasing sounds "right" and therefore more meaningful.
		And this sing-song patter I think must be crooning- I guess this would make Billie Holliday a crooner, as she's got a little voice but uses it well.

		The reason it is called Crooning Tuxedo is because the re-recorded chorus I did is a kind of crooning club singer voice, but now sounds robotic due to being processed with a vocoder.
