The evening started off by meeting friends at 5pm in central London, from where we got the tube to Bank and then the DLR to Crossharbour & London Arena in Docklands.
The arena is directly next door to the DLR station, so it couldn't be easier to get to.
In lots of music venues the roof has special panels which reflect the sound back down to th audience, but this is not the case at London Arena.
